We come to you. The morning teaches the Bloom System to your leadership and your frontline leaders. The afternoon is your own floor: run the audit, find the one change upstream of most of your flags, and leave with a ninety-day commitment and a single number to watch.
A decision, not a binder — and something to do on Monday morning.
1 day
One day, at your site
1 move
Not a list — the change that releases the most
90 days
A commitment, and one number to watch it move
Before anyone audits anything
Five questions. Ten minutes of your own numbers.
A self-check to see whether yours is the plant where a Bloom Day pays back inside two quarters. Nothing is sent anywhere — this scores in your browser and stops there.
01
Can you change something real on the floor this Monday — without a board sign-off or a comp band written in another state? The owner is the practitioner
02
Do you run roughly 50–250 people on essentially one site?Big enough to move the P&L, small enough to act fast
03
Is frontline turnover north of about 25%, or are you carrying steady overtime just to cover open shifts? The margin paid in time — the loan coming due
04
Are you turning away work, quoting long waits, or running below the demand you could actually serve?Demand to absorb recovered capacity — the revenue test
05
Would a more experienced, more stable team measurably cut your errors, rework and reruns?Capability converting straight into margin

Answer the five
Four or five yes is the textbook sweet spot. Two or three is a partial fit. Zero or one means the honest answer is that formation is not your first problem — which is worth knowing too.
What the day looks like
They arrive curious. They leave with a decision.
Built on their own numbers, not our assertions.
At your site
Tell us where you run.
We come to you, on a day that works for your floor. The people this is built for should not have to fly anywhere to be taught their own business.
Tell us how many people you carry and where you run. We will send the brochure and what the day would look like on your floor.
What this costs, and what comes after
A limited number of early days carry no fee. Not because the method is unproven — it comes off thirty-six years of manufacturing floors, is argued across 156 essays, and is set out in full in two books — but because the Institute is new, the instruments are still being sharpened against real plants, and a founding cohort should not pay to help set a standard.
What an early plant gets that later ones will not: the day is run by the author, and your numbers shape the sector handbook your industry is eventually handed. You are not a test case. You are the first entry in the record.
Nothing is sold on the day. You will not be handed a proposal at four o'clock.
