The Bloom Morning · A learning session

Four hours.
One move each owner
can make on Monday.

Most learning sessions hand owners a framework and a full notebook. This one hands them a decision. Members arrive with six numbers from their own business. The first ninety minutes teaches the Bloom System; the rest of the morning is theirs.

Taught by Dr. Venki Padmanabhan · Founding Director

What each member leaves with

A decision,
not a notebook.

  1. A read on whether their business is extracting, sacrificing or compounding — from their own figures, not an assertion.
  2. The cost of their turnover, overtime and rework, stated as one number.
  3. One change they own, in one part of the business, that they can start this week.
  4. A ninety-day commitment card in their own handwriting, with one metric on it.
  5. A room full of peers who heard them say it out loud.

What they’ll work with

Fifteen minutes of homework,
then their own numbers.

Nothing is collected, shown or shared. The sheets go home in their bags.

Nothing is sold from the podium

No pitch. No sign-up sheet.

No slide about services and nothing to sign. Members who want the same work on their own floor can ask afterwards. That is the whole commercial content of the morning, and the chapter can hold us to it.
